Morgan is a family man—husband and father of seven—who also happens to be a systems builder. Over the last decade in senior living resort communities, he witnessed how legacy providers conditioned residents to accept price hikes, promotional traps, and auto‑pay creep. That didn’t sit right.

After becoming DISH Network’s #1 salesperson nationally and then managing two of the company’s top offices the following year, Morgan also operated a DIRECTV dealership during the AT&T era. Seeing the inside of multiple models convinced him there had to be a better way—one that was fair, future‑proof, and built for community needs.
