Install and activate fiber connections at customer premises. Perform quality testing and ensure proper equipment setup. Previous telecommunications or low-voltage installation experience preferred.
Full-TimePerform fusion splicing and termination of fiber optic cables. Conduct OTDR testing and maintain detailed documentation. Fiber optic certification required.
Full-TimeSupport underground and aerial fiber deployment. Operate equipment, assist with trenching and boring, and ensure worksite safety. Construction or utility experience beneficial.
Full-TimeLead installation and construction crews in the field. Coordinate daily activities, ensure quality standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for on-site operations.
Full-TimeMonitor network performance, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot service issues. Maintain documentation and escalate complex problems appropriately. Shift work may be required.
Full-TimeDesign, implement, and maintain network infrastructure. Configure routers, switches, and optical equipment. Experience with ISP-grade networking preferred.
Full-TimeManage internal systems, provisioning platforms, and business applications. Ensure reliability and security of operational technology infrastructure.
Full-TimeAssist customers with inquiries, service requests, and account management. Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, and chat.
Full-TimeProvide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for residential customers. Troubleshoot connectivity issues and guide customers through solutions.
Full-TimeServe as the primary liaison between Connection Fiber and community management. Handle resident communications, coordinate installation schedules, and address community-specific needs.
Full-TimeSupport deployment projects from planning through completion. Track timelines, coordinate resources, and maintain project documentation.
Full-TimeIdentify and pursue new community partnership opportunities. Build relationships with property owners, developers, and community managers.
Full-TimeProvide administrative support to leadership and operations teams. Handle scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and office coordination.
Full-Time / Part-TimeSupport accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Assist with billing operations and financial reporting.
